Who we share it with

We do not sell your details. We share them only where needed to do the work: with the driver or partner carrier handling your delivery, with our website and email hosting provider, and with Google if you have accepted analytics or advertising cookies. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, under the safeguards UK law requires.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become a booking are kept for up to 12 months. Booking and invoice records are kept for 6 years, as tax law requires. Your cookie choice is kept in your browser for 6 months.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, object to or restrict how we use them, ask for them in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To do any of this, email hello@hfulogistics.com. We reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
