Delete your HFU account.
You can close your customer portal account at any time, in the app or by email.
Delete your account in the app
This works the same in the HFU Portal app for Android and iPhone and at portal.hfulogistics.com.
- Sign inSign in to your account with your email address and password.
- Open My accountTap My account in the menu.
- Delete your accountUnder Delete your account, enter your password and tap Delete my account.
Or ask us by email
Email hello@hfulogistics.com from the address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my account".
What happens next
Your login is closed straight away. Within 30 days we delete your personal details: your name, phone number, email address and saved addresses. Bookings, proof of delivery and invoices are kept for 6 years, because UK tax rules require it, and then deleted.
Drivers
Driver accounts are set up and closed by our office. If you drive for us and want your account removed, call 0161 509 6152.
